Andreea Petre

Andreea has a solid and extensive practical experience, including hands-on exposure to general contracting, gained through working with the largest general contractors in Romania, experience that offered her direct involvement both on site and in project management.
With more than 12 years of experience in the field, she has been directly involved in large-scale projects, including the Catedrala Mântuirii Neamului, alongside numerous major residential, commercial and public-sector developments.
Her expertise covers all phases of a project, from tendering, budgeting, procurement and contracting to fit-out works and execution coordination, while maintaining close collaboration with beneficiaries and providing contractual advice and evaluation.
She is a licensed civil engineer with a master’s degree in construction engineering, an MRICS member (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), certified as an advanced user of project-management tools.
