With over 20 years of experience across Romania and the CEE real estate market, Codrin is the co-founder of Crosspoint Real Estate, Savills’ associate partner in Romania — a firm he built from 2005 into one of the region’s most respected advisory platforms.

Throughout his career, he has originated and structured major capital markets transactions, advised institutional clients and sovereign entities, and was named among the “Top 50 Most Influential People on Romania’s Real Estate Market” by Property Forum. He has served on the Global Advisory Board of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. He holds a Corporate Finance certification from London Business School.
